My name is Samuel Cosentino owner of Strong Bodys LLC. I’ve been a personal trainer for three years, but have been growing my expertise in body weight workouts for nearly a decade. I’m a certified American Council of Exercise Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist that uses my unique, body weight workouts to engage more muscles, burn more fat and eliminate most excuses that people have for not starting their own fitness journey!

Strong Bodys mission is to make getting in the best shape of your life as easy as possible. Whether your goal is losing fifty pounds or putting on ten pounds of lean muscle, I will help you get the body you deserve no matter your schedule, budget or equipment!
Strong Bodys was founded in 2018 as a personal training service focused on making working out as convenient as possible, while still delivering quick and long lasting results. I do this by using primarily body weight training to help people workout without equipment and get results even with a busy schedule.
Strong Body's is awesome. Trainer Sam is a great motivator and is very flexible with workout times. The 30 minute workouts are High Intensity and target your problem areas. Excellent place to reach your weight loss goals!!! -MIchelle
